I love helping people see that managing your finances need not be difficult if you approach it one step at a time.
Throughout my career, what I have found most rewarding is helping others first understand and then achieve what they want. I qualified as a coach in 2021 and through listening, reflecting, and challenging I help coaches to progress. My several years’ experience as a project and programme manager, means that supporting others to carve out practical steps to work towards goals comes naturally. I’m a practical and organised person who loves to get things done, but I also believe in coaching not telling when it comes to defining your own unique goals and the way forward.
A coaching approach to explore your goals, sits alongside the planning we do together to achieve those goals and be in the best possible financial position in future. It’s satisfying to break down challenging concepts. I can help people see that managing your finances need not be difficult if you approach it one step at a time.
