Each completed survey submission will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 in John Lewis vouchers!

The winner will be selected at random and contacted within 7 days of the competition deadline. 

Any submission made after the competition deadline of midnight, 30th June 2022 will not be counted.

The voucher will be sent via email to the successful entrant up to 7 days after the competition deadline.
